Spring and Summer of 2009 were spent touring the United States in a Subaru station wagon, camping in the great outdoors, and seeing what the great U-S-of A has to offer. We were not disappointed. Our 15,000+ mile road trip took us through 33 states plus British Columbia. We drove Route 66 from Chicago to California, the Pacific Coast highway from San Diego to Vancouver and a mixture of roads from the Pacific coast to the Atlantic coast before ending full circle in Indianapolis.
